richard has studied posture reading and anatomy in great detail, and will always work to help you to generally move better and create balance and ease within all areas of your life.
as with a general yoga session, what you learn on the mat, should be something you take with you and work with off the mat and in your daily life.
on request, we can work together to create a  realistic and sustainable daily yoga practice for you to work with until the next private session, class or workshop.





private sessions are also a wonderful way to learn key points about the yoga postures if new to yoga and you may feel like you lack the confidence to practice in a group environment.?? they can also be a more proactive way in which you learn how to relax and energise the body for yourself , in a guided and peaceful environment.
