Details of current regular classes.

All Classes will emphasise personal exploration, working at your own pace and with your own physical restrictions. You are encouraged to find a balance between effort and ease, using the breath as a tool to assist.  Most classes will incorporate relaxation, breath work and a more dynamic physical vinyasa practice (flowing sequence of postures) and should be suitable for all levels of experience.


Yoga can help with so many symptoms of our lives today including: managing stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels, preventing arthritis, relieving back pain, aiding better posture and a general calmer more balanced outlook on life.

The most important thing is finding some much needed valuable time for yourself, reconnecting to who you are, enjoying the rewards of learning, moving and feeling.  Exploring the connection between your body and mind, navigating your practice through your own teacher, and  experiencing the amazing benefits of yoga for yourself.




Most classes are suitable for beginners and students with previous yoga experience (unless stated otherwise).
